Community Code of Conduct

Brandon J Trades – Slack & Live Streams

Our goal is to create a respectful, focused, and educational environment where members can learn, ask questions, and engage productively. By participating in the Brandon J Trades community, including Slack channels and live streams, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

1. Respectful Communication

All members are expected to communicate with respect and professionalism.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks

• No discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or background

• No bullying, intimidation, or hostile behavior

Disagreements are acceptable; disrespect is not.

2. Educational Focus

This community exists for learning and discussion, not promotion or solicitation.

• Do not promote external services, courses, or paid groups

• Do not solicit members privately or publicly

• Do not post affiliate links, referral codes, or advertisements

Content should remain relevant to trading education, market discussion, and course material.

3. No Signals or Financial Advice

Brandon J Trades is an educational platform, not a signal or alert service.

• Do not ask for or provide trade signals, entries, exits, or position sizing

• Do not request personalized financial advice

• Do not present opinions as guaranteed outcomes

Members are responsible for their own trading decisions.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content shared within Slack and live streams is proprietary intellectual property.

• Do not record, screenshot, copy, or redistribute content

• Do not share login credentials or access with others

• Do not repost discussions, charts, or recordings outside the community

Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Live Stream Etiquette

To keep live sessions productive:

• Stay on topic during live discussions

• Use respectful language in chat

• Avoid spamming messages or repeating the same question

• Follow moderator instructions during sessions

Disruptive behavior may result in chat restrictions or removal from the stream.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of all members.

• Do not share personal information about yourself or others

• Do not post private conversations or direct messages publicly

• What happens in the community stays in the community

7. Moderation & Enforcement

Moderators reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these guidelines

• Mute or restrict members temporarily

• Suspend or terminate access without refund for repeated or serious violations

Enforcement decisions are made to protect the integrity of the community.

8. Acknowledgment

By participating in the Slack community or live streams, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in restricted access or removal from the platform.
